Max Kellerman, in his first week on the new job, has had a few harsh things to say regarding the quarterback of the New England Patriots, and greatest of all-time, Tom Brady.
Kellerman just took over for Skip Bayless on First Take. Not even a week into the new gig, this longtime ESPN personality is calling out the greatest quarterback of all-time. How can this bozo even back up his ludicrousness?
“Tom Brady’s just about done,” Kellerman said. “It could be his next game, it could be a year from now, but he is going to fall off a cliff. Tom Brady is going to be a bum in short order.”
That is laugh-out-loud ridiculous. Kellerman is clearly trying to make a name for himself on his new show. Brady is getting up there in age yes, but there is no question that he can at least put out two more high quality seasons. Now when you consider Brady's attention to nutrition, competitiveness, and obvious skill, it is very possible those two years turn into even more.
Obviously Father Time will catch up to Brady. No one can play at such a high level forever. So in a sense Max Kellerman is stating the obvious. However, it is just plain stupid to come out and state that Tom Brady will soon "fall off a cliff." C'mon man...
Hey Kellerman, if you are reading this let me leave you with a couple images...Is this what "a bum" looks like?
