Well, there it is folks. An injured Ben Roethlisberger, in a primetime, national Thursday Night Football game, blatantly and publicly violating the rules on the sideline.
Unless you have been living under a rock, by now you have heard the outcry from the public towards Big Ben not having a care in the world as he texts away in the middle of a game, with a headset on, of course. Previously, Browns GM Ray Farmer was suspended four games and docked $250,000 for violating the rules on cell phone use during a game.
Naturally, the entire nation is in uproar. From Laguna Beach, California to Kittery, Maine, people are questioning the integrity (as if it needed to be questioned enough) of Big Ben and putting his two Super Bowls into question. At any minute, a multi-million dollar investigation is going to be underway to investigate this heinous act.
If you haven't realized by now, I am being completely sarcastic. I haven't watched Sportscaster today, as I urge you all to do the same, but I will bet every dime to my name that they haven't spent a lick on this.
Integrity, Respect, and trying to destroy the New England Patriots. We are the NFL.
