I know we don't have a huge soccer following on the site, but, admittedly, I love some good ole' United States soccer. There is some about international competition that really brings out the American in me.
Anyways, yesterday, the Vice President of Nike Football (Soccer) Apparel, Scott Munson, released the details of the new national team's uniforms. Unlike past uniforms, and according with the mandates in the United States Soccer Federation, the men and women's national team will have the same uniforms, under the accordance of the "one nation, one team" policy.
The home uniform will be the white kit featured above, while the away uniform will be a new black design, also featured above.
People are really hating on these uniforms already, but I like the simple design. Who really cares about the uniform when you are one of the best soccer teams in the world (at least the women)?
