If you haven't had a chance to watch the first episode of "Behind the B" I highly recommend it.

If you're anything like me, you've been going crazy for the Bruin's season to start - especially after such a poor year by the Sox.

The first episode touches on all of the off season and goes right to the first captain's practice. It provides us fans with some insight so how the off season goes for the organization. But the main thing that it gives us is the excitement of another hockey season.

With the arrival of the new guys like Hayes, Rinaldo, Irwin, Miller and Belesky. This season really does have excitement written all over it.

With a preseason game past already, we are getting a glimpse of what the lines will look like and what each new player is bringing to the table. I, for one, cannot wait to see Rinaldo drop the gloves with someone and give a good ole fashion Boston beat down on someone to start off the season.

With the new excitement comes many questions though. Will Belesky continue his play from last year? Will the fans understand that Hayes is not Lucic 2.0 and will he also maintain his "okay" from last year? Will our young d core have what it takes to step up and be the players we need them to be? Will Rinaldo change his ways and learn not to take stupid penalties? I could go on and on but you get the point. There's lots of things that we still don't know about this team.

With October right around the corner, I personally can't wait to start seeing the answers shine through. I also can't wait to see the new attitude and revamped identity of this team. They have guys who WANT to be here and who WANT to play for Boston. That in and of itself is already the best way to start your season in this league.

Check back for more preseason notes and thoughts and some predictions.

GO BRUINS.
