Although Owens is a nominee for the Hall of Fame this year, that doesn't seem to be slowing down the six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver.
The almost-42-year-old, who most recently played for the Seattle Seahawks in 2012, revealed on "The Rich Eisen Show" that he had his agent reach out to the Dallas Cowboys about potentially shacking up again. T.O. played for America's Team from 2006-2008.
While the Cowboys are without their top receiver, Dez Bryant, and their star QB, Tony Romo, a reunion seems unlikely. The former deep threat had a very public breakup with the Cowboys, and it is believed, at least by T.O., that Tony Romo wanted Owens out.
It is hard to imagine any team giving him a chance because of his age and lengthy time off, but crazier things have happened, right?
