After weeks of uncertainty, according to Dianna Russini of ESPN, Terrance "Pot Roast" Knighton has told sources that he will join the New England Patriots for the 2016 season.
The 2009 third round pick has played with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins since entering the league and possesses the big body that the Patriots have lacked in the middle since Vince Wilfork.
In his career, Knighton has amassed 230 tackles, 14 sacks and three fumbles since entering the league out of Temple. The 6-foot-3, 355 pound 29-year-old has been on the Patriots' radar for the past couple of seasons, but appears to have settled in to a new home.
The exact numbers of the contract have not been released, but we will continue to keep you updated.
